About the author He began writing his first story in 2012. It is about Earth's catastrophic collision with an asteroid he named AZ2016 NEO, and the efforts of survivors copeing while society disintegrates. In his day job he frequently traveled from Houston, TX to conferences and meetings all over the U.S., Europe, the Caribbean, Canada, and once to Australia. The global energy business is a great place to find material for his action and adventure genre stories. He is a freelance author and owns BBJ Publishing, a free service, dedicated to helping select novice writers self-publish. He is President and founder of the East Tennessee Invitation Only Writers Club. He and his life at Rooster Cat Ridge Farm, in Blount County, Tennessee near Knoxville. When not writing novels he and his wife grow organic vegetables, make and bottle fruit wine from their apple/pear/plum tree orchard, and grow hay to sell to cattlemen. He has written and self published twelve novels. His work also appears in three U.S. and one Canadian anthology. His first novel, was self-published and distributed by Amazon as of June 11, 2015.
